If you truly want to offer an unbiased and multi-cultural glimpse into the real people living in Israel, I'd also include Ethiopians, Russians, some modern orthodox jews (yes there are some amazing orthodox we can learn alot from if we keep an open mind), and I'd also add some high-tech geeks, after all we are the start up nation, etc
