Dear Ronny, I was very surprised to see your work, I think it’s good; your technique is great and shows many qualities. However try to be freer with your brushstrokes, look at artist such as Lucian Freud. In his case the line between old fashion and modernity is very clean while your work is still too much constructed and planned. Your compositions are very good and not classic but still reflect the fact that u use photography as your information. Maybe try to create bigger formats of more complicated compositions and images. I like the white background u use and the personal character of the figures. Try to be more original and innovative with your choice of colors. Well I consider u as a great artist compare to the Israeli art scene which looks like a cheap imitation of western avangard. Good luck and I wish u to paint beautiful paintings for many years.
