| ההתנהלות החובבנית של הכדורגל בארץ זה ביזיון - לפחות שישלמו לשחקנים בהתאם ולא יפוצצו אותם במשכורות שלא היו מביישות שחקנים בכמה רמות מעליהם, ויותר חשוב שמתאמנים ומשקיעים פי כמה מהם.

| הניתוח הוא נכון אבל הבעיה מושרשת הרבה יותר עמוק מכך. אין ספק שיש התנהלות של שכונה אצלנו והדוגמאות של מסיקה וחודידה רק מראות כמה שחקנים פוספסו בדרך. אבל כדי להגיע ליעד הדרך ארוכה ומעבר לטיפול בנוער יש את העניין הכואב של המתקנים, המחירים המופרזים והשידורים בתשלום שהרחיקו את הקהל מהמגרשים. אני לא יודע אם באמת הטיפול בנוער הוא יותר טוב בארה''ב או כאן (כמו שהתגובת הקודמת טוענת) אבל בכל מקרה הגענו לאן שהגענו בגלל ניהול לא נכון, ועכשיו צריך לעבוד (לא בהכרח קשה, אבל לעבוד!) בשביל לשקם את המצב.
לגבי העניין של 5 זרים, צריך לזכור שמצד שני אנחנו גם רוצים להתקרב לאירופה וקבוצות כמו מכבי חיפה, צריכות כדי להצליח באירופה שחקנים ברמה אירופית ואין מספיק ישראלים כאלה. מה גם שלמרות שרוב הזרים לא ברמה גבוהה, מדי פעם מגיע איזה רוסו פה ובוקולי שם והם מקפיצים את רמת העניין ב2 דרגות ולישראלים יש ממי ללמוד.

| Hi...I want to response to my fellow Israeli about the Israeli soccer. I as well live in Florida, Tampa Bay to be exect and I played for about 5 years in the Israeli premier ship with Bnei Yeuda and in Division one with hapoel and Hakoach Ramat Gan, I also played in the U16 and U18 national team. I grew up playing in Hapoel Kfar Saba, Macabi Tel Aviv and eventually played for teh youth club of Bnei Yeuda. I was a very talented player and played my first game with the senior team at the age of 17. At the age of 22 I had enough of the Israeli managment of soccer, teams owed me money, I never received any payments on time and the treatment I received from my club was disgraced. I decided to move here to Tampa where I played college for four years, I received a scholership(27,000$) to go to school. In my time here my team won the national championship and I was the player of the year in college soccer. Since then I am coaching youth teams here at the bay area as well as being assistant coach at the University of Tampa. My response is, the Israeli youth club teams are the reason we still have soccer, the treatment I received growing up was the best you can received, comparing with the club I am coaching here(and it is a good one) the youth clubs are great in Israel. The ,main problem comes to senior level soccer, 5 forigners in the top divisions is killing the progress of young Israelis, getting paid almost nothing and waiting for it for years is a bad consequence of bad managment and use of politicians and not soccer people in the managment of the teams. I wish things would be better because we used to have a great exciting Israeli league and now it becomes a forigen dominated league.
