Well David was going to be the main guest in the British Eurosport studio for the Tour de France, however due to the main sponsor withdrawing several days before the tour commenced the 'studio' concept was withdrawn and unfortunately it was not possible to put David back on the commentary team for this years race. However since the withdrawal of the studio we have been searching for a way to get David involved and we can now let all the 'Duffers Fans' know that David will be offering you daily insights into the race from stage 6 onwards. David will also be imparting his extensive cycling knowledge to answer viewer's questions online throughout the 2004 race.
