| When you buy pre-construction property, you put 20-25% in the first few months and the morgage is only due at completetion day, which is usually 2 to 3 years. But even than the morgage can easily be obtain from banks that work with this developer. Any respectable broker can assist you with that if you buy through him. The only thing is that you will get probably higher interest than it would be for a US resident. but that no the issue here is it ?
