The board of directors of Golad should at least read some basic and mandatory investing books such as ''The smart investor'' by Benjamin Grahm ''. Either they do not know what they are doing, or they are extremely cynical. Is Gilat and Heus together significantly better than each separately ? I doubt... and if not why not by Heus ?
