| Your mojito recipe is missing an important ingredient...sugar, or as celia Cruz would say...a sucar! Also mojitos are not shaken in a shaker but stirred in a glass with a spoon...I've watched the best barmen in Cuba make them hundreds of times...From La bogedita to El Floridita...So mojito fans, add sugar to taste and stir...don't shake 'em...SALUD!
