Such patronizing response should be more elaborate than a one-liner bigotry.
The Rwanda and Urundi kingdoms were independent and orderly long before Europeans showed up there. Under German colonial rule they still maintained independence. Only after Versailles, when Belgium took over, they actully had to adapt to European order. This racist, ignorant regime made the mess we see today.
But leave it to the talk-backs to show who still sides with the Nazi-like thinking Belgians brought to central Africa.
They proffered the Tutsi just because they looked a little bit more white than the Bantu Hutu. And every European
(and Israeli talk-back) knows that Aryans were born to be the masters.

I don't think African nations are all healthy politically (just like some European nations...) but to say colonialism brings justice and order is just ignorant.
